Dr. Monica Y. Peters-Clark brings more than 25 years of professional experience spanning workforce development, higher education, organizational leadership, strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, and program development.

Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on strengthening organizational performance, improving systems, developing talent, and advancing meaningful institutional change.

Her experience includes leadership in regional workforce development, institutional effectiveness and innovation in higher education, and the development of programs and strategies that connect organizational priorities with measurable outcomes.
